Simply email hello@boomaco.com.au with your order number and email attached to your order and we will happily organise a refund. 

We kindly ask If you are seeking a refund the product purchased must be returned and you'll need to pay for postage. Please provide a tracking number to confirm the refund. 

Only applies to your first purchase. Not available on subscription purchases.

Order Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Simply email hello@boomaco.com.au with your order number and email attached to your order, plus a photo of any damage or issue and we will happily organise a replacement for you, at no extra charge to you.
